Abstract

Correspondence, memos, newspaper clippings, legal papers, and related material regarding the 1967 state Municipal Industrial Development Act and the court case, 1969-1970, that tested its constitutionality. The act, which authorized cities to issue industrial revenue bonds, was declared constitutional on June 19, 1970, by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
